• Price shown above is an estimated price. Difficulty of design, added design options, or quantity of figurines, fondant, cake toppers, etc, will increase ( or in some cases decrease) the price.
• After completing our Order/Estimate Request form, you will receive an e-mail with an estimate for your cake, or any further questions we may have about your request. 
• When details are finalized, we will send you an invoice. 
• Dolcelly Sweets uses Square as our Point of Sale terminal. Your invoice will have a link for you to enter payment. 
• We accept all credit cards, debit cards, and apple pay. 
• Orders are not placed until payment is received 
• Cancellations must be made in writing to Dolcelly Sweets via Facebook message, text message or e-mail 10 days prior to order pickup date.
• Cancellations made 10 days prior to order pickup date will receive a 75% refund of the amount received by Dolcelly Sweets.
• Cancellations made within the 10 day time period will not be eligible for a refund.
• Damages that occur after the order has left the possession of Dolcelly Sweets are not subject to a refund.
• The client will be assumed to have accepted the goods unconditionally unless a claim that the good(s) are defective is made at time of pick up/delivery.
• Once baked good leaves the possession of Dolcelly Sweets, client assumes full liability and responsibility for the condition of the order.
